Some MiSp Pacific screens -
TomFF - 18.11.2014
After flooding SAS with the ever same MiSp Pacific screens, I'd been thinking AAS could use some dose of lost in pacific MTO birds as well... :OO
(In real, AFAIK the CBI saw P-51As/Bs with conventional hoods/birdcage and P-51Ds as well as variants of P-38s in the PTO..)
The map is here:
http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/t ... 005.0.html
The high Res mod is needed.
http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/t ... 239.0.html
http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/t ... 744.0.html
And the pits at SAS under Cockpits, with Freddy's permission.
"Master F_Red's (former Freddy's) P-51 cockpits reuploaded", posts one and reply 6.
I think I'll post those later here as well, when I have finished the front canopy tint.
That was not to advertize my 'homebase' SAS, but since it sucks to post screens and no one can get the shown stuff.
Cheerio
Next time CBI skins! I make a post here once I have finished my little work on the Mustang pits
by Freddy.

Hey Tom, nice to see you here
Even though I don't play IL2 anymore the screen shots look really great!

Some more, this time mostly from Bee's Rabaul map.
King Regards..
Tom
Skins are from M4Today and asisbiz.
I think that P-38 3D is something I extracted from the Skies of Fire modpack available here in the HSFX section for fun.
I tried to contact the author(s) to get OK to post it for all but so far did not yet get a reply, will stick at it and see if I can get a contact at the Skies of Fire site.

I like the 3rd shot up from the bottom, that is a very cool shot 8) its like a 3rd person view shot.

Hi Tom.
I'm glad to see here again your nice pictures like old and good times.

Hi John, yes, that is a typical IL-2 effect you get with zoom and rotate when close to houses and activating the plane outside views. Thanks!

Ton: Thanks mate, good to see you!

Hope I can provide some more visual updates on P-51 and P-38 pits before end of December thanks to Freddy and Jeronimo-the man who remeshed my favourite IL-2 pits..some of that is already available, but I want to improve the front shield tints on these.
I would post them here as well at AAS once finished. Plus send them to lebig.
