Blenheim Mods
#1

Just a thought, but a few mods for the Bristol Blenheim might not be too difficult. There's the belly gunpack to create versions If and IVf, and perhaps a floatplane version (a Bolinbroke V?)? Just a thought. Shoot me down in flames if you like.

Hi Cauldrail,

I think complete Blenheim mods would be a great addition. My caveat for support would be to build accurate cockpits and gunner stations rather than frankensteins of existing aircraft. Having said that, I suspect the easiest way of doing so would be by taking existing guages models that the Blenheim had in common with other contemporary aircraft and placing them into the build. Of course, I have no skill in this regard, merely my opinion that this would be the logical route to follow.

I am with you in spirit.

Yes I agree, it would be lovely to have the Blenheim gun-packs. Two more types added.
And I love to fly the Mk IV! great mod Tongue

I think the same.
Another solution is to use the belly gunpack of 4 mg of the Hs129 that are optional and put them in the Blenheim.

Wouldn't be to difficult to do? A gunpack with four MG's, and deleation of the bombs.
You might even concider making the pack as a load for the Mk I/IV.
(Meaning you can shoos the gunpack instead of bombs with the normal Blenheim).
Anyway, I would love it if anyone could bless us with the fighter versions of this great machine!
