It seems that a few Online Wars will be switching to 4.09m (mod). This is a good thing, but seriously, can someone explain to me (....that guy that sat in the back of the class shooting spitballs) how CRT=2 will check contents of the buttons file for uniformity and consistency.

I believe this is in the wrong section... but anyhoo, It seems to me at least that the less us laity know about the workings of this kind of thing the better? Given that the answer would likely compromise the point of features such as CRT=2.
