how do your you switch from 4.08 to 09? i have 1946 v4.08 with mod activator 4.08

i believe you have to download the 4.09m patch and install it.

when going from 4.08 to 4.09 do you have to do a clean install? I have tried to install 4.09m but when I start the sim it opens the load screen for less than a second then nothing happens
