I have recently got IL2 1946. I downloaded the 4.09m patch. Unfortunatly, when I click on il2, the loading screen comes up, says v4.09m, 5% then crashes and closes, no message.
4.09m crash at 5%.

I had this when i reinstalled IL-2 and used the same v4.09 download, crashed at 5% :S I feel the pain lol

I read that it's because you need to install v4.08 FIRST, THEN install v4.09.
Well, that's what I'm going to do.
