This is a great Mod works Perfect. I have installed Freddy's cockpits and Mr Jollys Bf109 mirror
mod installed for these cockpits up thtough the Bf-109 G6 Early. These are the early mirrors without the external modeling. They work great and add more emersion. When I bail out I go back into the cockpit and watch in the rear view mirror for my canopy to pop then watch as it falls
away until my pilot bails out. I Know the mirrors are not supported but the Early version of
the mod works well up untill the Bf-109g-6 early.
Very nice work!
I was wondering regarding your G-6 Erla haube mod. Is it possible to edit the G-6 Late so that it retains the Erla hood but with the early style tail? I don't want to loose the early G-6 so I just thought I'd ask.
Thank's.
Please news slots for BF-109G-4, BF-109G-10Erla, and new BF-109-G14AS...
New plane slots definately!!
Interesting!
What nations/air forces used the G4? To my knowloedge: Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Rumania... others?
Bad idea. Fooling with that plate behind the pilots head will just cause a big war between the whiners of the Allied and Axis sides. Then the people who are suspicious about mods will go "AH HA I knew they would start cheating!!!"
I am wanting to install these Bf109 mods ... however I can't locate the filelist.txt file in my 1946 root directory.
On doing a search, the only filelist file is in my Mods/Fw190_Bar_Out folder - surely I don't paste the Bf109 lines in that folder?
Would really appreciate some guidance on this.
Thanks in anticipation.
There should be a filelist.txt in your root directory. I have one in mine.
In any case there are currently new slot G-6 versions with the erla canopy/short tail and with the tall (wood) tail/old canopy available for download, as well as a new slot G-14/AS all with new corrected FMs in the Beta mods section.
This will give a total of 5 G-6 types and two G-14s, 3 of which have corrected FMs.
Thanks vanir.
I have done some research on this forum and it appears that I do not have the "filelist.txt" in my root directory because I used the Unified Installer option.
Is there another way that I can give effect to these cockpit mods without this "filelist.txt" file ... or must I create my own ... and if so, how?
Thanks in anticipation.
