cool to see the new patch for il-2 being released. Question to this great mod community :
Will you make a mod for the new patch (4.09m) to get the AI- Only planes to work as planes that can also be controlled by the player ?
That would be very cool

Ai-only planes (I-15, G55, ...)
But mybe you already want to do such a mod and release it with the next version of the Unified Installer

We have widely discussed this for the UI. We have come to a conclusion but I wont say as of yet.

my personal opinion here ( not as AAA staff representative ) :

it would be better to wait for original cockpits produced by Daidalos team then making surrogate ones .... you can't compete with quality of original and some respect showed for DT's work as token of gratitude for their time,knowledge and effort should get considered here also.

again.... that is my personal opinion !

We have been discussing the issue of modding new aircraft in 409m. The good news is this


We at the AAA will not be adding place holder cockpits in 409 aircraft. We will allow Team Diadolos to work on their content.

What we will do is focus on much of the work already done at the AAA as well as focus on more quality.
