[HH_Cipher]

Ok, odd problem. Never had it when i freshly installed HSFX. And yes, I am using it. More or less for the sake of using mods for 4.09m.

To the point.

Launch up the game, and it runs perfectly well. now this bug only occurs in Multiplayer as far as Ive seen. Until later in the game, skins (including default) will turn pure black. And some meshes where missing on some planes. Like canopy rails. And also. I went to press "Print Screen" to take a screenshot of the skin bug, and it closed the game within a milisecond! :lol: Odd or what?

Does any one know of any kind of mod which can be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Cipher, are you using an ATi graphics card? If so, I think it's something to do wiht a driver issue...
I saw a thread discussing it somewhere, I'll get back to you with a link if I find it... :wink:

Im using a EN8800GT. Nvidia of course. So it cant be a graphics card problem.

I'm thinking i have the same/ smilar problem as you - various canopy frames arent visible (hurricane, ju87 observed thus far) in perfect mode and when some aircraft get damaged in certain ways (G50, macchi 200 thus far) the airframe becomes invisible.

Had a quick look thru the 242 site and saw some mention of the issue but no possible fixes as far as i could tell.

Did you manage to fix your problems?
