And when I install sound mods it changes my language from english to russian or something then it doesn't load past 5%. I would appreciate any help.

you have to install the Language fix, it is in the Downloads section(Download Fixes and Patch) :wink:

kk Thanks. Can you tell me if there is anything I need to download before I download mods?

Before you download the mods, you have to install the
1) sound mod or the mod activator
2) Wrapper.dll
3)language fix if needed

I am not axactly sure what else, since i have done this over 7 monts ago :wink:
