I need to get Normandy and Berlin maps back into QMB. Some time ago I got rid of them and cant remember the process of getting them back lol!

I wrote in the Conf.ini Custom8=Berlin, but when I click fly mission in QMB, I get 'Data File Corrupt'.

Are you using the latest version of QMB+? If so, try opening FMB and looking at the list to make sure you have these maps still installed. Write down the exact name FMB assigns for the maps and use this name in you config.ini map list.
Also check you MODS/MAPMODS folder to make sure they are in there and are listed in the folder's all.ini .
Finally make sure you have the required quick missions for these maps in you Missions/Quick folder. Open them with wordpad and make sure the map name being called by the mission file is the same as that used by both FMB and your cofig.ini custom map list.
