Can I have mod activator 5.2, sfx 0.6, eng sound mod 0.93 and ac installer 2.7 running at the same time?

SFX and sound mod 0.93 really dont like each other (at last not in my experience). I dont run the unified installer. I feel its a little pointless to dowload over a gig of mods that I already have.
