Moranes over Karelia is a 25-mission mod-enabled campaign depicting fictional missions during the early phases of the Continuation War in the summer of 1941. The player flies a Morane Saulnier MS406 of LeLv28.

Missions include bomber interceptions, combat air patrols, ground attack, and escorts. Flight times can be fairly long, as the top speed of the MS406 is not particularly high and the distances to be covered are significant.

The missions are fictional, but the context is not. The timeline is structured around actual events, the battle lines have been drawn to represent the historical advance of Finnish forces down the Karelian Isthmus, and the aircraft types are representative of the types commonly employed in the region at this time.

A full complement of skins are included, including work from Cpt. Farrell, Ife, Imme, Porsimo, RDDR, vpmedia, and Winger69. Further information is included on applying recommended new default skins for some types in the readme. I hope I have properly credited everyone whose skins I have used; if there are any oversights please let me know and I will make the appropriate corrections.

Thx for this campaign, I like finn's missions !! (dogfights are always a challenge, maps are beautifull, pilots were historically very skilled...)

OT: May I ask u what smoke mod u're using, considering the next-to-last screen where I'm very impressed with the smocking plane witch is falling down....

I noticed several small details about this campaign :
- The initial presentation (file info.properties) is wrong :
Description A fictional campaign involving the 3rd Squardon, American Volunteer Group operating along the Burmese-Indian frontier in the spring of 1942.\n\nThe number of objects on the map has been kept purposely low to minimize the drag on slower systems.\n\nIt is recommended that you begin the campaign at the rank of Colonel.\n\nPlease view the included readme file for more information.
- The campaign could not be viewed until I replace the " " charcacters with "_" characters in the campaign directory name
- Which skin to use ?

Thank you Jeanba. Apparently I had multiple versions floating around my computer and accidentally uploaded an earlier one, since I had the proper files already, just not in the archive. All of the issues you mention have been corrected and an updated version is now available at M4T.
