~S~ AAA!!!!

Here are some pictures of a few rides I caught in the rear seat of an AT-6 squadron located at my local airport, Van Nuys, CA.
The Condor Squadron is a re-enactment and formation flying squadron that flies the WWII trainer AT-6. They have two paint scheme's USAF and German..

This was such a blast actually pulling G's in mock dogfights...
enjoy the pix....

Nice had to be a blast 8) What does something like that cost if you dont mind me asking?
That is something I would like to do, down here in San Diego they have the same thing but I have never checked on it. I know they have the A-6, P40, P51 and some WWI aircraft Idea I will have to get off my arse and check it out. NICE SHOTS!!

Reap,

it was fun... I went on about 4-5 rides.
If was free, as a co-worker of mine was a member of the Condor Squadron.
We flew out to Catalina in formation, did some dogfightin' and came back.

I have seen those Top Gun school's were you can dogfight for real... costs about $500.

Fantastic! I've flown in a B-17G and a B-25J, someday I'd like to try something like a T-6 or T-28.
