Can the destructive power of the torpedos be changed?

The original torps (the German aerial torp and the russian torp) are woefully underpowered a legacy from IL2, compared to later torps.

Likewise can ship DM's be modified? there are some bulletproof russian trawls and german ships.

it hasnt been looked into very thoroughly, but for 408, it would seem that altering bomb power/radius etc. is not possible

this is a good thing!

persoanlly, i have not heard of anythign to do with object DMs as of yet

DM tweaking of OBJECTS would be cool, and handy.....not for planes though, of course

im sure someone, sometime will look into this
