It is really simple to input your own and custom splash screen, instead the official russian actually in game.

Just put files included in Files/GUI directory and add those 2 line in filelist.txt (after line gui/game/butons :

gui/background.tga
gui/background0_ru.mat

Thats it. You have now just to replace the sample background.tga file with your own tga file, 1024x768

Tried a 1024x768 .tga and it wouldn't work.

Copying that and pasting it over the sample tga and then saving it did however.
