Hey, what controls the existence of surf? Some beaches have surf, others don't. I know in the stock PF map I was always annoyed because the places I wanted to put port facilities, there was surf, and the places where the coast was exposed to open sea and should have been surf, nothing, lol.
Is it depth? Shallows=surf?

I think it has something to do with the water textures in the load.ini

There is only one WATER tile that I saw. So why are some coasts with surf, and a meter away it just stops? Hmmm.

Cool. I saw some roads near Munda, So I messed with adding them. Works fine. I don't cae in the least if they go into forests, it's just for the visual look of them.
Obviously the airfields are important, does anyone hyave a list of particularly valuable land targets for the Slot? Anyone wanting to contribute is welcome, throw some dates, maps, etc at me.

That is NICE. Having the shallows among al those tiny islets will add so much visual appeal.
