Transplanting a gauge from elsewhere in the game is usually not too difficult. Changing a non-functional gauge into a functional one is possible but requires additional lines in the Cockpit class file- and some Java programming know-how.
Nice work there Bolox. More great reference! TY! (And no flamin phillips head screws there to boot!)
I wanted to correct the instruments right from the very start! All the instruments are divided into two 3dmodel meshes. We have no way of modelling the meshes at the moment so unfortunately replacement of those instruments is going to have to go on the wish list.
I am certain there is a typo in the java coding for those instrument functions to not work correctly. Again it will be noted on the wish list.
The turn needle will be done. (At least that is something!)
Cheers,
Taurus.

Got your belt texture PeterD,
Slotted it in and it is lookin good!
Cheers mate!
Great day in the morning, no more ugly red seat!
Please keep the updates coming guys. You're doing fantastic work and it's really nice to see the project come together.
that seat looks great taurus. Like cat said...no more ugly red seat and we have a seat harness....fabulous. I can't agree more with what cat said.
When you both mentioned about that ugly red seat, I thought I would copy over the new sit.tga texture into the bubbletop directory. The textures are layed out exactly the same. BUT.....
WTF!!!!
Looks like we're going to have to copy the Razorbacks seat mesh over to the bubbletops!
(I just know Poncho is shaking his head as he reads this. No rest for the wicked.)
[Edit: Soz Bolox, the turn and bank needle is one and the same on all the main instruments. Can't change it without changing all the needles at this stage.]
First render of the radio and map case.
Separating the throttle textures worked out well Poncho. 8)

no probs, was just throwing out an idea
ok....I think i found a flaw in the D10, D-22 gunsights poncho. When you go to Shift-F1 wide view gunshight the reticle is obscured. It's off center and cannot be seen when in Shift-F1 mode. What about using the sight from the F4F? It doesn't suffer this problem. Or is it my install? I was in 4.09b1m.

Diablo,
This is a problem with off center sights. The stock P47 razorbacks, and German fighters also have the same prob in wide view. This is why I am so fond of the 6DOF mod. It allows you to fly and fight in wide view by centering off-set reticles. I am not aware of any other solution.
