Looks like we could use the b-29 and the he-111 cockpit as material to build it with. Smile

I would love it... But, well, the chances are really small.

Put together a well organized request full of performance figures, pictures of the aircraft, cutaway/3 view pictures, and armament choices, and your chances will increase..... A simple "I want this" won't cut it.

I could swear I remember seeing a thread where this was sorta kinda a WIP.

there was a frankenplane-model shown some time ago I think but before the new slots became an option - so I think it would not be up to the standards anymore anyway.
But a nice plane to have, I agree - there are books about the plane and it's test programm available so performance figures and possible loadouts shoud be available if someone has the material.

I do have an Ar.555E But they're too simple to add it to the game... I think...

Hmm.... I wanted to do this a while ago but a fully new plane would be worth it. WHEN WE FINISHED ALL OTHERS - before anyone kills me for making another '46 plane.

Could we please keep going on this?

You must have patient. You can find the progress of Me 264 at viewforum.php?f=43 and please dont keep asking modder to start progressing on projects they have been working on.

They alway have and will alway take their own sweet time to build aircrafts for IL-2 with given resouces/references. Think of it as a cake, if you ask them to keep working and hurry up on cake, you'll only piss baker off. Instead, its wise to let baker take their own sweet time to bake a cake or pie throughoutly. That is when you are getting the best result at the end right?

Its the same with modders, it would be very polite to post at correct threads and ask "May I know what is the progress on this aircraft?", just like you would ask baker, "Hey baker, may I ask of you, what is the progress of my dessert being made?". That is when baker would answer you instead of biting you off when you keep pushing baker to rush your dessert which would be likely to be not so good at end.

Therefore, instead of telling modder "can we keep going on this", you can do two things:

1) Support modder by providing any additional references that may be helpful where it may take some of burden off from modders.

2) Or you can ask politely as stated above as an example.

And finally, patience is a virtue...

Chaoic,
I did not mean my post to say "hurry the hell up", I emant for it to say, "I'dvery much like to see more of this project. this would be a great addition to the game, let's keep discussing info on how to make this possible."
I know the mods are busy, I'm not stupid, and I know they'll take their own time. I just sounded a little hasty, and I'm sorry for this, but I hope now you understand.
