That's the Slovakia map, + some time spent in FMB to do some custom object placement. Ground objects feature LaRone's excellent hangar mod along with FC's FMB+ mod. The FW190 skin is another one of vpmedia's excellent works.

The screens were only very slightly doctored with Photoshop CS2. Glad you liked it 8)
