Some ideas:

Recently I have seen the photos where white stripes from propellers was show. Exactly that was the corsair that starts from the carrier and group of B-17th at high alititude on the go. These white stripes I'm talking about has the same nature as the white stripes from wing endings at the critial angles of attack. And as I understand these white stripes(I don't know it's correct name in english, in russian only Wink ) are not the feature of "corsair" or "flying fortress" but the all of the planes.
So the main question is if it is possible to create such mod.

And another question: is it possible to add one functional button to made the radiator operations bi-directional.

Thanks!

You mean the condensation trails coming off the propellors in the tropics? Hmm. Sounds tricky. :?

No not tropics i think, everywhere...

Yeah...tricky, and it depends on the weather.
Would be cool to see, but it

Since the propellor is like a small wing, and the angle of attack is high, and the weather is humid, thats why it happens :o

Won't work in a possible way. The prop turns into a flat 2d disc when its up to speed. You can't attach anything to that.

so the propellor is the 2D object? hhmmm interesting :?

Ok, you're right that popeller is a 2d plane, but what is about propeller's hat?

Another idea to implement this trail: As i understand this should be some partcle emitters and the number of them depends on number of blades. So because of propeller rotates on a very high speed this is unavaliable to move the emitters with such speed(just because of one blade rotates with at least 90 rpm, we need 90 fps to see it in one place... but to create a trail we need to see each blade in a 20 places at least - so the fps should be a 90x20 - this is fantastic), so the idea is to create the cilinder with the texture. What do everybody think?

These are condensation trails, and don't occur in all athmospheric conditions.

You have to be very careful and very specific to research temperatures/dewpoint, density altitude and pressure altitude where it's likely to occur. (as you can see on the images, it's a very moist environment they're in when the effect shows)

It is also individual RPM, athmospheric conditions etc. for every model of prop.

(complicated aerodynamics at play here)

here's some eyecandy:
