Just found something I thought was worth notifying :

UI 1.1 comes with a MOD that I don't recall reading any mention of in the readmes and filelist.

I'm not going to tell you what it is, but next time you get close enough to a Fw-190 A 4/5/6/8, be sure to look carefully at how perfectly rounded the engine cowling is on those babies

Oh yes!

Would anyone care to upload the planes/Fw folders for this? I'm not running the UI, as I have my own custom install and a 1.7gb download will cost a me fortune.

Hey Bee,just look for the folder called "FW 190_update" and put the folder in your mods folder.that worked for me.

Thanks DG. I don't actually have access to the latest UI though! My download allowance is almost up for the month (Mrs_Bee likes to watch her TV dramas from her home country over the internet and decimates my dl limit).

What I was hoping was that some kind hearted type could upload this "FW 190_update" folder so I can just add that to my current Mod folder. :wink:

This was the first thing I noticed after installing the UI... All Hail the modders!!! being my favorite aircraft seeing that they had fixed the blocky nose on the FW's made be quite overexcited hock:

Wow that looks very nice.
Looks like the same treatment that the A3 addon got out of the box.
Looks like I'm gonna have to plan on grabbing the 1.1

Now the F4U's angular nose needs some of the same lovin' ......
