Objects dupes

I just tried creating a mission for the first time tonight after installing fresh with UI 1.1 and found out that there now over 900 objects. Many of the objects are duplicates as well. Its impossible to try and use the old objects list from M4T as well, many of the objects are not where they used to be. Is there any way to at least get rid of the duplicates so its not so annoying trying to find an object in the list? :|

the numbering system became useless as soon as we learned how to add stuff to the static.ini

The FMB+ is a bit more useful in that it has the static.ini names showing at the bottom of the page when in 3D view

It would be BEST if we could get the object list which shows in the Full-unlocked FMB to be available to the normal FMB or FMB+

I have about 1300 objects..but no duplicates...... are you sure they are duplicates and not just clones with altered skins etc. ...or raised objects??

Yes its a good Idea, and easily done. All you need to do is rearrange everything in your static.ini into the order you want them. like you say, grouping all your trees together or all your winter textured objects together. Whatever order they appear in your static.ini is the order they will appear in in the FMB AFAIK.

If there is anyone who has already done this then if they could make it available for download that would be great. The problem is that a lot of people dont have the same object MODS. Some people have more than just whats in the UI 1.1 and some people dont even have that many.

A standard Static.ini set up in order designed to be used with 1.1 over a fresh install would help though.
