How do you select groups of objects?

I though it was Alt, left click and drag to select and Alt, right click and drag to UNselect.
After you check "enable select" under Edit, that is.

I dont think I use the Alt key at all now,just the Ctrl key :roll:
sorry I just use the shortcuts without thinking these days like a reflex thing


As Thud has mentioned in the Hotkey builder section,you must have the shortcuts entered into your config to be able to use them.

the ALT and drag works...
but the ALT+CTRL and drag does not do anything.
The copy, cut and paste do not work either in my set up. They never did. That is why I got exited for a minute there.
I though I might have missed something...

To cut ,copy and paste with the shortcuts you need to enter the shortcuts to the [HotKey builder] list that is in your config as in the list that Thrud has posted

at the bottom of your list add the shortcuts and then you will be able to use them>

this might only work in Unlocked FMB for map making,I am not sure about FMB+

Yes, I did put those keys in the proper area of the conf.ini file but I got FMB+, not the unlocked one. That is why they don't work then. Well, that is some consolation, for sure. Thanks
