I voted no because its not needed. The forum main page is congested enough as it is already. And also why a whole forum when a stickied post to post screen shots and other general questions of the work being done would suffice? And also if you need to contact another modders for the project either send an email or a PM. That's just my opinion of course others may see it differently.
