At the very end of the P47 video i like the pilots reaction to the damage his jug received.

The air hit on that b-24 is scary it freaks me out pure pilots....

Sadly thats not an air hit @ 6:00

That little 3 second clip is around in black & white and, (which is possibly even worse than AA) is a bomb from another B24's stick dropped from above hitting the plane.

You can see the rest of the stick falling behind the hit bomber (top centre of screen)and notice how the impact goes down through the wing, breaking it in an upwards direction due to the downward pressure.

Its even more moving to see it now in colour, great find s0crazty.

yer right about the bomb hit but as far as the wing breaking in an upward direction because of that...not true. a wing will always break 'upwards' due to the lift its producing. wouldve done the same thing if it was a flak hit or anything else that would cause the spar to fail i.e. gremlin inside wing with hacksaw.
