Yeah, I'm working on the cockpit ATM and I have to keep ejecting the pilot to see how things are lining up so I can make adjustments. The pilot is starting to complain. Smile

If you are aligning the the cockpit instruments and stuff, look on the UV mapping, it's already done, same with the stuff inside that ejects with the canopy. Just make sure you copy ever bit from the UV onto the internals even if it doesn't really have that mapping kind of outline on the thing. It's solved some of my problems with the front of the wingtip tanks.

EDIT: Here's a picture of my cockpit.

Glad this thread got back on track.

Keep it civil and help each other out. Remember there is a language barrier even though we all read English.

@ 328th-Easy Devil, you have a PM

Now in English

For those that want to try out this beta while under development.

You need a mod that contains the STD folder located in the MODS folder in your system. The SoundMOD or AC installers will not suffice. One must have a STD folder.

Q: Why do you need an STD folder?
A: The reason is because within the folder structure of the STD folder there are files which you need to edit in order for this beta to be tested.

Q: Where do I get a STD folder if I don't have one?
A: The unified installer 1.0 or 1.1 + 1.1.1 will contain those folders

Q: If I use another modpack will the modpack I have, have the files I need?
A: Yes. However, the folder structure is probably different, you will probably need to search for the ini files noted in the beta install instructions.

If this is not clear ask.

Thanks

Can't see any obvious visual flaws, but it certainly is a bit underpowered! Smile

Nice.

I probably missed this info- what do we title the skin folder?
I do remember it's possible to change the default skinto somrthing more interesting than the blank...at least it was on the Panther... Big Grin

It is always the exact same as what you put in you Air.ini file. In this case....

Does anyone need research on the Cockpit?

Just noticed, Flak - The front gear doors are a little bugged. The left one moves up and down like an elevator when you turn the nose gear. Also, I seem to be able to open and close the "bomb bay doors." You probably knew about that already, though.
