Looking back through the "Owl" threads, something does not seem quite straight forward or "kosher" for want of a better word with this person. There is a continual intent to "wind people up", and you are all rising to the bait... every time.

THe UI 1.1 makes it flyable, as does HSFX 4,0. Owl you learned the Il2 engine really quickly,I am impressed

Owl, best bet is to get the latest patch, be it UP 1.8 HSFX or UI 1.2. That'll give you an idea of what's already been done.
You've got Gmax, so you have a modelling program, look up the user blue angels, he's posted alot of 3 view schematics of aircraft, then take a look in the request and find something that might be simple. Hell if your keen message flying_fat and see if he's doing/needs help with the He-177.

Making flyables of flyables we already have then asking for the mighty wisdom of slots and such probably wont get you far. Spending the time to produce something the game dosent have, but people would like to see, and would help you with, with info, images and ideas is the direction you want to head.

Ya know I have set back and watched this from afar transpire ,Gj352 has a valid point with this owl person, I mean cmon, how many 14 year olds are as naive as this one?? All you modders have explained over and over again about the whole FM, now he is baiting you guys with planes that are already flyable?? I have reason to believe this is bogus here because I have never seen a 14 year old this childish in al my 42 years and 7 kids of life, seriously this whole owl thing is getting lame, and if you check the other sites he is there too, as ICE owl or snow owl or some kinda owl, he is muttling up the whole process, and I for one am just gonna not read another owl post, my advice would be you do the same, because someones playing you for a fool. nuff said

They were not flyable for me.

All I have is the SAS Mod activator. I don't have all those mod packs you guys have.

im going to call a spade a spade here, and im past caring about the warnings, i think owl as do most guys here, is a lying troll ( i know im feeding, but hey) All he has done is apparently learned how to make non flyables into flyables in a matter of 2 days....very very impressive, also he has only showed his ''new'' flyables, that we as a comunity have had for well over a year now, and we are being led to belive that he does not have them flyable on his pc...comeone peeps, all he is doing is trolling and just showing pics off jollys work and saying look what i did. I was on H/L the other night and this kid didnt have a clue, he was asking every question under the sun, and even wanted fm knowledge, now granted as an fledgling modder he would want to know, but the info is readily available on this forum. Now i now he has apparently had a new lease, but still. Its getting very old, and very damned annoying. If you have a look at the ''whats my age post'' majority of people on this forum are over 20 and have common sensce to see through this clown.

gents, i'm still not 100% sure if he's a wah, troll, or genuine. But owl, please bear in mind, both those aircraft are flyable and have been for quite a while. I don't think we can host your mods really in the same way that if a modder announces and works on a project, we wouldn't endorse someone announcing the same project later down the line.

Owl:

download UI or HSFX, or another mod pack. Then having taken a good look at what they can include, perhaps come back to mod something new. You're on the net most of the time it seems, i fail to see how you can't dl those mod packs.
