Well i looked into maps.sfs and maps14.sfs and there is no file you did specify.
And when i open any OA234...bla files all i get is program language....
feeling so stupid now....

EDITED: I'am stupid ... wordpad means wordpad not notepad !!!!...still can't find that file though!
