lol.. How many stages?? C'mon guys get serious. You forgot to mention the disconnect flying helmet!! and there are other steps..

Two stage would be more than enough. All the removing harness, opening canopy etc can easily be incorporated with a realistic delay before the pilot bails out... I agree that a second stage may be advantagous, with the pilot falling away before the player decides when to operate the parachute.. but lets not make this too complicated

well it certainly was complicated in real life, so why not to make it complicated in sim too?
