Struggling to get started!!

I've already set up an Ardennes folder to play around with and that loads into FMB ok. So I must have the basics right.

I'm aiming to set up a template for north east France including the Ardennes so the Ardennes map is not big enough. Singapore seems to be about the right size and shape.

So I've extracted the SFS fb_maps*.SFS to create a master folder set, and copied the contents of the Singapore folder into /files/maps/NEFrance -- a new sub folder.

renamed load.ini to ash_load.ini. Made entries in filelist.txt and all.ini
no changes to map file names yet.

In FMB ash_NEFrance appears but ash_load.ini doesnt load. error message appears

Any ideas?

MWmap_c.tga created ok. So I can edit that --- any idea what the pixel scale is. The image is 8000x5408 pix

So time has now moved on since I posted that.
I've changed the folder name from NEFrance back to Singapore
Still have ash_NEFrance appearing in the menu of FMB, but now it loads up ok.
My folder does not have fb_map_R.tga, or fb_map_M.tgs, or ed_map_t.tga, all of which appear in ash_load.ini. So maybe the programme was not able to find those files?
Anyone know where to get them from?

in singapore there are two versions .... check you copied all the right files
