We need all of the Solomaon area, even if it is half scale. We need Guadalcanal for bombers and AAF fighters. AAF could reposition at forward bases as did in real life but bombers were round trip. As the Russells, Munda and New Georgia were captured, the USMC and Navy had forward bases. Bougainville, Ballale, Shortland, Buka etc were very hot areas until October 43. Once Bougainville fell, Rabaul became the hot spot, and with the Ki-61.

We need a second map, again half scale is fine, for New Guinea (Lae) to Rabaul. This would close the gap and complete the PTO maps, IMO

WE NEED TWO MAPS, SOLOMAN ISLANDS and NEW GUINEA/NEW BRITAIN...see white boxes.

New Britain is were you see the Ki-61 etc...and , oh yeah, they are the same size as the Hawaii map :hammer:
