no...my mods is worked-on from his...and extended....although some of his values he has applied to various things may be different to mine

it is often a matter of personal taste or decision as to what is 'realistic'

with my .ini files anyone with half a brain can try altering things themselves ....and if they come up with good stuff....I hope they share it too
