Its name is encrypted although the .tga file is not. All I did was adding the file extension behind the numbers. Tried to make few new skins for it but I dont have much time lately.

Anyway, I forgot the exact path, - where did it comes from. It could be from files.SFS or FB3DO-something.... Sorry

PS: delete the .tga extension before you use it in-game.
