The way I do it is SOOOOOOO easy, Batz! It's the lazy man's way! :lol:
The big thing is the texture. The rest is just playing with any adjustments you want to. How do you get the texture? It's a STOCK filter in Photoshop with sliders to adjust the parameters. If you can move a slider and left click with a mouse you've got it! :wink:
Iv'e seen images that really, really, really look like a painting. That takes more skill and work. Then, of course, there are images that are completely digitally painted for scratch. Those are the "real deal". hock:
