As far as I'm aware AEP doesnt included any pilot skin changes, only PF, so you got russian pilots for some allied planes - I know its weird to see a 'ruski' in a Spit 
If you use a custom skin for your own pilot, you'll see that if bailed out.
I am only able to replace textures but I got no knowledge to modify the game engine to have new type of pilots and cant assign these to planes. 'Elephant' had some success in this area iirc.
The good news is that I located 2 additional skins and I'll update the pack this weekend (default map pack & texture library was recently updated if anyone is interested)
