New actors.static Object Shift Utility -- Beta now available

Well, I've had partial success with it.

I extracted my out*.txt files, ran ActorsCS and input the amount I wanted shifted. It generated the out*_shift.txt files and when I had a look at them the right amount had been added to the coordinates.

Then I renamed them to be in*.txt files and created an actors.static file (the same file size as my original one). However, that then crashed my FMB.

Any ideas? I just really don't have much luck with act.jar!
