I think I have the 20b renamed as 20 or something... is the one from the archive with the new default skins?

I have the 4.09m beta in 2 archives both have fb_3do20.sfs file. There is a difference however between them.
the one from the normal patch is 2MB big and the one from the new default skins addon to patch has around 240MB.
What is the 20b in your case?

I have now the "fb_3do20.SFS" the file that is just 1.9MB and the "fb_3do20b.SFS" the one that has 226MB and contains the new default skins. Is this correct or should they be the other way around? Or it doesn't really matter?
