Potenz, the picture's not showing, but I know what you mean. That would be nice. Someone, I think Canonuk, was working on a cosmetic change to the damage on a 109. So it probably could be done.

I think he meant something else. What you mean is damage textures, but he means that if parts of a aircraft break away, like the tail section, they don't stay in one piece but instead dissolve into all the small parts they're made of.
I think his first picture shows how he wants it to be, i. e. the whole section breaking off without shattering, and the second pic shows how it currently is, the section breaking away and shattering into little pieces.
I'd like such a mod too. Dunno about feasability of such a mod though.
