I dont know man, perhaps you havent heard of "buttkicker" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8DGKh24qbU ... This thing really packs a punch..
tweak and isolate the engine sounds in IL2 sound settings, and this thing can really shutter when you start to stall or are low on airspeed...
So yes, I think we can make readings of whats going just like real aircraft... You just need to shell out the money for this hobby...
