As I have found, you can create new missions such as SmolenskRedScramble00.mis even for maps originally present in QMB, without creating XXXNone00.mis folders and without adding these maps into conf.ini. So it is possible to add Scramble (and perhaps other possibilities) also to winter Moscow etc. maps which were present in QMB .
