I have the same problem as you with the F4 .

MODS installed related to 109s:
- Cockpit Bf109 MOD
- Engine Flame
- Me109-AHS with F4Mistel AWFC
- Planeshine1_1
- ReticlesMod
- GroundDust

Solution : using F4 from previous cockpit pack
