Just tried this and crashed to desk top at 5% loading screen

Most probably you are missing FB_3DO18P.SFS, a file that comes with patch 4.071m and has only 512kB. I don't know if Oleg dropped it from final 4.08 on purpose or he thought everybody has it already. Fact is 4.08m replaces all other 4.071m files but this one.

Maybe someone with better understanding can tell us if that file there is "droppable" as not having any influence to the game or not.

If you want to play without it you can edit the .rc file within this mod and place a \ in front of the line that says to mount the fb_3do18p.sfs, is somewhere at the end of the file in the middle of the mounting list.

The 20p I was talking above I think was just a file I created from one archive that comes with 4.09 but gets replaced with a bigger one that come with the skin pack of 4.09.
