Il2 uses 'vertical sync' with no options in the game to disable it. So if you go into the Nvidia control panel and set 'vertical sync' to 'forced off' you should have a big improvement in fps - I didn't check through all of your specs but with a 8 series card you should be flying... pun intended. was just having this discussion with someone else who benefited greatly from this so...
