Faults in the community-made maps will be/are being addressed (Team Slot have released v1.1 of their map for instance) but the same cannot be always said of the official maps. One can, to a certain extent, forgive 1C/RRG for faults in the PF maps since I suspect that info on the Pacific/Far East theatre may not be easy to come by in Russia, but what about faults in the maps of Soviet territory? There are some glaring omissions/errors in the Gulf of Finland maps for instance, some of which could easily have been corrected by 1C- but never were. And until recently, we couldn't correct them either.
If a map has major bugs it would undoubtedly attract criticism/comments, but the community-made maps I have used so far have been remarkably free of serious problems- no CTDs etc. Given that the map-making is a "learn as you proceed" process one can only compliment the makers on achieving what they did.
