For my part, I'll pass on the critique and on the improvement. I have no desire to improve and I'm pretty much able to make what I want to make the way I want to make it. Some may like what I make and some may not like what I make but, either way, that's what I make. :wink:
99% of the time I don't offer suggestions. If a poster makes it clear that he WANTS help, then I'll help as best I can. I tend to take my cues from the poster.
