There are (limited) ricochets ingame - pick up an early light MG equipped 109 (E4 - G2) and fire at an IL-2!
There are no ricochet effects for rounds bouncing off the ground/water though, would be nice to have that simulated in IL-2 even if it was just for laughs and giggles...
