I love clickable cockpits in MicroSoft Flight Sim, but in a combat sim I think they would be very difficult to use. In MS-FS, I can usually take my time, hold steady and click on the various switches, but the time it takes me to do that would end up getting me killed in Il2. For a combat sim I think it is best to use keyboard and joystick buttons.
