how to activate ?
download and install it into the mods folder ?

After reading all the posts at the time I was trying to do this this is what I did: I uninstalled to a temp folder. I renamed the mod folder to "304_AI" (no quotes of course) and placed it in the Mods folder in my IL-2 directory. I then copied the folder "ai" and placed that into my Mods/STD/com/maddox/il2/ folder and it works. If I place a "-" in front of these two folders I'm back to the old behavior. Switching back and forth shows me there is no placebo effect happening here. Good luck with your attempt.
