What certificate reports matches my experience as well. I haven't personally seen any evidence that the non-hashed 3.04 ai files do anything.
Still- all of the reports of success make me wonder if there is another mod that some people have, that I do not, that is somehow conferring the ability to read raw class files.
Using hashed files I do see real differences though. I think I am seeing with the 3.x ai that pilots don't seem to have the god-like energy management abilities of the 4.x ai pilots. That would be a positive change for me, not having to watch an lesser plane with the same altitude and speed climb out of reach.
