Okay, i think I have everything sorted out.
Download the new P-47D-25 file and put it in the Cockpit folder with my other reticles. The structure should be something like: MODS/Reticle_US_N9_v2/3do/cockpit/P-47D-25. You can also delete my old -P47D-25 file if it is in your folder.

Now the tricky part:
These bright reticle files must load BEFORE Poncho's gunsite or the original P-47 K14 mod. If you are using my folder name Reticle_US_N9_v2 then Poncho's P-47_Gunsite and the K14 mod folder is probably going to load first, so you are going to have to rename them to load in the correct order.
That's it. Download the new P-47 file, put it with the others, and make sure it loads before the other gunsight mods.
